Stage 2 of Optimum Bodies Workout Program

My second workout brought on a couple of great stretching exercises. We reevaluated our first workout and began to narrow down our focus areas. I had tightness within my shoulders once again and therefore needed to re-stretch the area. My right knee injury brought on more issues not previously discovered. Through leg raises and lateral stretches I realized I had hidden pain within the joint. James was able to narrow down the problem area and help me with a couple of exercises that would assist to strengthen both the upper hamstring and lower leg muscle. I believe this focus will allow me to increase my load through my back swing, ultimately increasing driver distance. I understand most of the exercises presented to me, but realize that mind and body do not always work in sequence therefore resulting in embarrassment in front of my instructor. I will work hard to set aside time each day knowing full well that I will decide my own progress.
